Started out good and knowing he had done work for previous owner, I had him install central AC. Of course in October it isn't needed in Ohio. May of following year 2022 it worked ONE hot day. But a week or so later it did NOT work. He came out to check, said compresser problem and under warranty. He said he'd return to remove compresser, but it was raining that day. Now 3 weeks later he isn't returning calls or texts. The home owner is 86 yrs old ( my mother) and a dialysis patient. She is home bound so relies on the honesty and integrity of those she hires. What now? More stars would be appropriate if he had addressed and resolved the issue and responded to her call rather than leaving her with no response to further calls.
