We signed a contract in September 2022. I paid for half the job at that time. They were to replace part of our fence and put in a new gate with an arch in November, weather permitting. Jeremy said they would put in the fence and gate then and he would work on making the arch over the winter.
We heard nothing from them until I started calling in March. I assumed they were running behind because of the wet weather we’d had. The rep finally called back and said our date was set for April. Jeremy finally came out the end of May I believe and put in the fence and gate and the posts for the arch. Then we heard nothing for a long time. I called and called again. He finally called back and said he couldn’t get the wood for the arch but would let me know
I’ve called and called. I only get his voice mail. I left a message saying if he couldn’t get the wood for the arch we could come up with a new plan. I’ve heard nothing. What I have is a gate with four ugly posts. So angry!
