Our air conditioner broke on a Sunday night and on Monday we contacted JK Plumbing & Heating. Brian came out later that day and fixed our air conditioner unit. He even checked back 2 hours later to make sure it was working. We were so thankful that he called to check because it stopped working again. Brian went out of his way to come back after hours and fix it. He then called the next day again to ensure it was still working properly! I feel that this company/Brian went out of their way to provide a great service for our family! Much appreciated as most companies would not go to this level of service!

I wish I could give this business negative stars. Dom is a really nice guy and our first experience with him & Brian was acceptional. But the service is crap. Our air conditioning unit has been broken for 3 solid Months now. Their desperate attempts to fix our 30 yr old A/C was a bust. I eventually suggested condemning it and Brian accepted that thought. This itself was a long process surgeries came up, emergencies, shipment issues, excuse after excuse. He said he “ordered” a new one and it would take maybe a couple business days. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks and we’ve haven’t heard a thing from them. Their phone is disconnected and there’s no way to get ahold of anybody. So we’ve been living in the sweltering heat with a 4 yr old who has seasonal allergies and a 10month old baby. I am beyond dissatisfied. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!

Bryan and Dom are really nice guys. Initially my experience with them was really positive, but after altering our furnace temporarily (assuring us that as long as we had no small kids in the house and working carbon monoxide detectors), their service went downhill drastically. They assured us that they would replace the furnace, but after hounding them for weeks, we finally got an install date and then no one showed up. This has happened four times over the course of several months and our furnace is still altered with no fix in site. We've heard every excuse - surgery, furnace shipment got delayed, etc, etc. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Horrible!! I would have never hired them after seeing their F rating on the BBB, but our home warranty hired them to come to our home for our AC. It worked a week and died. We called the home warranty again, they scheduled them again and they didn't show up & didn't answer the emergency calls. We have been without an AC for three days now and the temps have been in the 90s with 100% humidity. My husband is a disabled veteran with health issues and this is how they treat us. We will be reporting them to every agency we can-they do not deserve to be in business! If any of us end up in the hospital due to the heat-we will be suing them.
