After Auburn Heating & Cooling installed two oil furnaces in June, 2017, they
advised me that they no longer serviced oil furnaces and gave me the name of
Frank Furlong of JKL Mechanical who has serviced my two furnaces annually ever since. When Auburn Heating installed the new furnaces in 2017 they placed the fuel line access for one of the furnaces near the top of the tank causing the one furnace to shut down when the fuel level dropped below that
level and my oil supplier's magic program failed to indicate that fuel was below that level. Hopefully, with a new fuel oil supplier (Chardon Oil Co.)
and the fuel access to that furnace has corrected. I would recommend Frank
and JKL Mechancical highly. M.B.Taft
