Never kept a time frame, would say he would be there at a certain time and wouldn't show up for a couple hours after said time. When at the house he spent most of his time on his phone setting up other work. After dealing with this for a couple weeks we got fed up with him and told him to pack up and asked what we owed him. The quote was around 1500. When we were paying the final bill the total came to 3000. Now some changes were made that could affect the bill, however, the bid included trim being installed as well as two closets and painting. All of these things were not done. But yet bill doubled. Also when going over quote we talked about taking down a wall and re-drywalling it instead of patching the areas we were remodeling. When work started he changed his mind and patched the areas in. Normally not a big deal except we had to have someone come in and re-texture the walls so it wasn't obvious where the old closet was. Finally, during the quote, he brought in a licensed electrician to quote the few changes we were going to need with outlets and light switches. Big surprise we never saw the electrician after that day but the electrical work was done. Again not a big deal except if you know how insurance works, since he is not a licensed electrician and did electrical work if a fire were to start because of an electrical issue the insurance company will not cover that since he is not a licensed electrician. All in all, save yourself the headache and money and go with someone who won't rip you off. He is a smooth talker but not a good worker.
