    Tom is the best contractor we have ever hired!!! He is honest, kind, communicates well and was a breeze to work with. Did an amazing job of coordination all the other vendors and was able to tackle the job in a timely matter even during a pandemic. After having so many disaster experiences with contractors working with J.L. Garland LLC was a breadth of fresh air. Looking forward to having the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

    Working with Bulldog Capital has been great. They have managed 3 projects for me and we've been pretty much dead on in terms of projected cost, deliverables and execution of all 3 projects. We're on our 4th and this one is the most difficult project so far and they're still on track for finishing the rehab on time and very close to budget.

    They do everything from finding properties for investment purposes and rehab projects for existing properties to new construction projects. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get into any sort of property based projects.
