    Suing this company

    Suing this contractor for poor workmanship and unfinished contract. All of my hardwood floors are coming up. Justified not finishing contracted work by saying they wanted to be paid a higher rate for less work to maximize their profits. By doing this they wrecked my house. The had no idea of tornado/water damage repair/rebuild protocol.

    We did a job for these guys at the last minute because their other person had walked off the job. These guys were very happy with our work and even indicated that their sister also needed our services. However, we were supposed to be paid the following day and never were. Jeff the owner gave me the run around for 2 months about this payment and eventually cursed me out over the phone, told me his client had not paid him, so he was not paying me. This guy is very unprofessional and a complete nut case. Do yourself a favor and stay very far away from this company as they are a complete joke.
