    If you want a laundry list of excuses for not getting work done, being late for appointments and dropping the ball repeatedly, this is your man. I have never been so disappointed. Work was not planned properly, workmanship was not according to code and the excuses were endless. I have nothing good to say about the experience.

    Professional, well organized from the contract at the start to the paperwork at the end.
    Terrific to deal with, very willing to listen to our ideas and also willing to give their professional opinion including advice that went against what we originally thought was the right way to do things.
    Their staff are all excellent communicators, hard working and best of all, cleaned up every day throughout our project.

    We had 9 quotes for this project and had decided from the onset that we were not going to take the cheapest (or the most expensive either!). Their quote was inline with other firms and very competitive and they offered us more than price...they offered us their guarantee and quality workmanship alongside a "we will do it right or make it right" attitude.

    Highly recommend Jlc Custom Home Improvement and without a doubt, will be using them for any future renos we have.

    Very nice and easy to work with. They are very professional and provided us with a beautiful design and efficient planning services. They completed the project in record time and everything was perfect down to the last detail! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who expects quality work.
