    This man is a joke! How I wish I would have seen these reviews before I used him! He stole south oft money before he quit showing up and then walked off the job for good! DO NOT USE HIM!!

    The owner of this company is a rip off, he steals peoples money, does not do the work, hires 2 men to do the work, he doesn't check the quality of work being done, after they put in the sockets, covers and i'm thinking everything is good, then the electrical wires aren't ran correctly, they cut open my sheetrock, had to find the problems, then did a shottie patch job, switches were put back in crooked, holes left on the sides of each switch, some switches or holes were never repaired back the way they were, i have pictures of the nasty hand marks, just a mess. When i tried to reach him, he doesn't answer, but he answers if you call from another unknown number. I have given James Jones 70% of the contract, and he hasn't even done 50% of the work, but yet ive asked him to get me ready for electrical inspection, he says he wants the rest of the 30%. So, that means he wants all the money, before he finishes, that is theft, he threatened that he isn't gonna finish unless he gets his money, and he's gonna call the police on me for threating him for not finishing. Is that crazy or what. I don't know what this man is smoking but it ain't good. He needs to be stopped. HE IS A FRAUD, HE IS DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS, HE MAKES U FEEL LIKE HE DOESN'T OWE U ANYTHING, AND THAT HE CAN'T BE TOUCHED. DO Not give this man your business. I regret the day i did.

    This company is "GARBAGE"! The lady that answers the phone is the "TRASH BAG" for the garbage! Don't know how they stay in business.

    I do not recommend Mr. Jones. He has consistently refused to acknowledge my request for service. My units have leaked almost from the day he installed them.

    As a result, I have had to get someone else to fix the mess he left. I have also had to have my ceilings repaired ( at least twice) due to him not repairing the leaks.

    I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

    This company is a fraudulent company. They gave me the lowest quote for air conditioning installation as bait, but then they required payment upfront. They cashed my check ($5,000) and vanished. They will not return my calls, unless I call from another number (which they don't know). As soon as they hear my voice, they hang up every time.

    I put a fraud claim with the District Attorney office and now I will probably have to wait for months before my money will be returned, if ever.
