This is the absolute worst contractor I have ever worked with. Multiple delays on a small project that was never finished., The owner Joe, made many false promises, never hit any of his deadlines he quit in the middle of the job (after a mistake had been made on my companies end and he had been overpaid). We are taking legal action to try to get back the money that this contractor was overpaid. He literally just quit answering his phone, e-mails etc., and disappeared.
