My daughter hired him to do some work for her, they wanted a thousand down, and even though we actually had almost all the supplies, him and his partner John split the 1000 for misc materials, so right away John went and blew the $500. He did not do any work,
Jerry did do some work and was very nice and informative, then he sends Desiree a list of lights and materials for her shed conversion, it was 998.00 she paid him not the store because she trusted him, he showed up one time with some cheap tile and a white wall for the shower.
No other supplies on the list and then never showed again. He took her for 1k. During the time he was here he needed flooring for his home, so I gave him 5 boxes, over 300 in tile for his home. This was toward the job. He started saying working for free but he had been paid 1k, he should have never split with John and the flooring. The job for electric was 1k on the invoce. He was paid that, plus. So working for free was not the case he gave John some money and he worked for the tile. He is untrustworthy. we gave him multiple chances to come back and bring the supplies or i pick them up, but I assume they had already spent it all on themselves. I am going to the sheriff today, if anyone else has money he took from you, please go to the sheriff in Hood county with me, this is a felony to misrepresent himself, take money and materials with the intent to not show back up. I am going after both of them for criminal intent. -

After 2 1/2 months simple project has not been completed, numerous delays; finally just stopped even trying to pretend he was going to finish it.
