They were recommended to me by a coworker. I had them come out and do an estimate which they sent to me. I asked them to follow-up and just walk through the estimate so I could understand things. He kept saying he was in the middle of a job and would get back to me probably 6-8 times... last time I heard from him was over 6 months ago. I was ready to hand him a check for the work. Guess he saved me the trouble of an unpleasant experience.
