Work that should have been completed in two sessions took over a month to complete due to poor scheduling on the owners part. MULTIPLE times we took time off work to be home for them to come work on the carpet as specified, only to be either ignored, or have them show up HOURS later. Never on time. Completely unreliable. I would never utilize this company nor recommend it to anyone. Frustrating.

We had a very bad experience with JM Flooring Systems. We accepted the bid on May 16, 2021 to tile a laundry room, jack & jill bathroom and a small bathroom. The job was finished in early July. Coordination was horrible as separate staff did the tear up, tile work and finish work for cabinet kicks and touch up. Many times John would say such and such would be by the next day and then they did not show. My wife was inconvenienced all the time as she had to be there to let workers in. Tile guy would show up and tile / grout which was to be picked up and delivered to our home by John was not there. New baseboards for laundry room were in bid but we needed to remind them 2 times to come back and install. Finish work was sloppy. It took 3 times to reset a toilet in one bathroom. The tile layer was very good but everything else was sub par. I will not use them again and will not recommend to others.

He took my deposit and never delivered the product after 1.5 months of stringing me along he stopped responding. I have to take him to court. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS GUY.
I had to hire another LEGIT company that completed the work on schedule and on time.
