They are one of the worst contracted services that I have worked with. We employed them on two jobs, in which they sited "out of code" necessary work on both properties. We contracted them to update, install HVAC system, which we signed contracts for. They stated that more work needed done after evaluating the job, however other contractors stated their recommendations were unnecessary and they were using "out of code" to increase costs to us. We received other quotes, and they refused to give us our deposit. It was a "bait and switch" on the contract. Work with anyone else.
