Had JM refinishing do my tub ,lots of over spray and paint drips,called to tell them ,sent them pictures like they asked for,supervisor approved the repair haven’t heard back from them yet and they stopped taking my calls don’t ever use this company at any cost ,unless you really don’t care what the job looks ,worst company I ever dealt with

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any contractor who performs any service. At all costs, please stay away from JM Refinishing. The woman who answered the phone was amazing, but unfortunately she's the only person in that organization with an idea of how to treat a customer. Contractor showed up on site and decided he couldn't do the job. The contractor then left. This was after three weeks of waiting. Then the home office called me and told me that it would be $300 more because they needed to bring in a second guy. At this point, the owner refused my call. I took a day off of work and was told to just take two more days off so the contractor could return. This has been an awful experience.

They did not do a good job --sprayed over old mildewed caulk and left jagged sharp spots on the tub . Were supposed to come and redo it today at two,no show--said they left me an e-mail changing to fri. --did not get an e-mail -- we'll see

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I received a $400 quote for the reglazing on my bathtub based on clear pictures I provided over the phone, but after seeing the bathtub in person the contractor told me it would cost $550 instead. I called the office and they agreed to do the job for the quoted amount but would not guarantee good service. Don't rely on the quote you receive from this company unless they see the bathtub in person before giving you the quote, or be prepared to pay more or receive less than desirable service.
