Very poor craftsmanship, difficult communication, unprofessional Interaction with community neighbors resulting in the cops being called! He cut the drain hose of our washing machine and didn’t fix it, just put it back in place. he did not plug the oven back or Turn the gas back on to the dryer. He even borrowed a vacuum from one of my neighbors and never returned it . Most importantly the floor he laid is not level and the boards are cracking. He was unwilling to fix the Work he did.
My project was to put flooring down in a one floor, two bedroom apartment however my Experience / these interactions could be reflected on any project he might be hired for. I would highly question choosing this contractor for your next project.
