Joe and his crew painted our home this year. It looks better than I thought could be possible due to it being so old. I Love it. Not one issue. Having the Co. do more painting on the inside.

I contracted this company to repaint my house. I met with A Joe Grant and did a walk around of my house.I told Joe that I needed my house painted due to the fact the homeowners association said it needed painting.I asked Joe how much would it cost and he stated $1600.00 before taxes. I said fine. After sending Joe my email address joe text me a contract for painting services. Within the contract, it had the price agreed upon with taxes. Also within the contract he stated 1>Prepare the clients home for painting as follows:(wash,disinfect,apply primer coating,sand,eat.) 2. Apply paint to trim,replace trim as needed. Nothing was done but the trim and I contacted Joe and he said that that is all we talked about. I asked him why would I just have you paint the trim when I needed the house painted. Joe then became upset and stated we got one or two options either we can go to court or you can do it stated in previous text messages and signed contract stated trim you decide if you want a lien on your house. I elected to go to court. Included in the text that Joe sent me is a text that states " Sweet thanks dude I appreciate it sorry about the confusion this morning. I will get your house all buttoned up looking brand new" sounds like painting the entire house to me.

Joe and his crew came in and repaired window trim, yanked out old caulking, replaced all caulking including around windows and all trim, and sealed all brick work. Then they painted, and I can tell you these guys are the real deal! Very professional and clean cut. My house looks like a new build, and I am very, very happy with everything. Thank you, Joe!
