Owner James McGirt worked for 2 weeks on a job he never finished. After a 2 month wait for him to obtain permits for the job, he then caused major water damage to the property which his insurance co did not cover. He then walked off the job after taking $30,000 of our money. He left the property in shambles. He and his company are thieves and totally incompetent. Why is he still on your website??

Dragged a two week project on for six weeks and ruined my house. Also stole my deposits, sold his house and is in hiding. Should not have been on this site in the first place.

The only part of the project this company completed was to insulate my shed and replace the door. The door was hung incorrectly, to the point that it couldn't even lock. I had to pay another contractor to fix it. The house was left in a mess, since this company does not clean up after itself. I had to tell them to take the trash from the project, which they had left in my yard. Luckily, I realized this was not a quality company and ended the work before they could do anything else in my house.

That company deserves NEGATIVE stars. He claims to be General Contractor even does not know how to built a 10x10 simple wall. What a pathetic contractor. A week’s work, he cannot finish in 10 weeks. Forget about being a contractor, he is should start as a trainee. Fresh start is what he needs.
