Poor communication. He started weed wacking the grass, then in the middle of doing so, he walked off the job, leaving the small amount of grass he cut, on sidewalk & driveway. He also left the gate open and didnt inform me he was walking off the job. He just got in his truck and left. Didnt mow the lawn or clean up what he did.
