Missed appt. on Saturday. Promised quote via email. Then got message on Tuesday that installers were very busy and would not be able to work on my project. All this sounded reasonable . . . I only wish this had been communicated to me earlier as I could sense with the missed appointment from a few days ago, this contractor was not really interested or didn’t have the bandwidth to do the job.
