    Bathroom remodel
    $23,000

    2 months ago we started looking for a contractor to remodel our bathroom.
    We asked on line and referrals from friends and we got 3 contractors to bid on our project .
    We ended up using jms developers -and we are 100%+ happy.
    Joe and his team was so professional and curious through out the project ,made us happy with our decision , they made sure to take care of all small Details with a Professional cleaning of the place upon completion .
    I’m happy to recommend jms developers to friends and family that look for a really good contractor .

    We have a very old historical home that needed a company that could understand attention to detail. JMS did an outstanding job with painting our home and garage. Their exterior painters are wonderful. JMS is very east to work with and understood the challenge of an older home. Will definitely use them for future projects.

    While still working, my husband and I had the roof replaced to go partial solar panels. In the process, the gutters were removed, but we didn't replace them. Time has passed now, and the stucco at the base of the walls had taken a beating as well as the wood trim where gutters are attached.
    JMS checked it all out, color matched the gutters to the accent color of our home, after first checking the wood around and replacing sections where necessary. Then they re-stucco portions necessary, repainted (again matching the paint) and put up the gutters. We are amazed how beautiful things look.

    Super excellent job AND during the project, the workers heard "water running", called their contractor who called me (I was at a dr. appt) and we found there was a leak under the house! We were able to immediately call a plumber which saved a disaster from happening! Thanks JMS and their observant and talented workers & staff. They cleaned up the areas as if no one had even been around. 5 Star recommendation.

    condo unit remodel of extremely damaged unit

    This excellent company proved invaluable in transforming a one bedroom condo unit from an abysmal, unlivable, apparently illicit hideout abode of the wretched and depraved into a spectacularly elegant and beautiful apartment. They were asked to make many independent decisions in regard to appliances and materials used in all facets of this stunning remodel, and went out of their way to be accommodating and gracious to the long-distance directions of the trustee of the unit. JMS continues to provide quickly responsive service to the unit when requested. We now have a lovely, "high-end" apartment rental unit! For such a success JMS deserves FIVE STARS!!!

    The crew who did my kitchen was always on time and they were very efficient.They made sure that the work area is always clean at the end of the day.
