Nice and polite people, but they don’t stand behind their work at all.
They built some deck steps for $400 and the two main supports were cracked and rotten after just 3-4 years. These normally last 15-20 yrs! This is a serious safety issue and when I contacted Nick about getting it repaired he wanted $775 to fix what cost $400 to build! Outrageous. I can not recommend anyone work with JNB due to their poor record making things right.

I had a stamped concrete patio done by Nick and his team as a referral from the salesman who sold me a hot tub. Long story short, the patio isn't level, slopes the wrong way, and after the first winter there are tons of little cement pieces "flaking" off. It makes me want to cry every time I go outside. I am calling a reputable company this Spring and spending thousands to have it redone. He talks a big game, but then tried to explain the issues by saying his previous concrete team quit. He stamped the wrong pattern even after we talked about it and Ibsent him pictures. I should have halted the work, but I was not able to be home every day and he would explain everything as though it would be great when finished.
