He is not equipped/capable of handling a large-scale job. He treated it like he was a sub and flubbed everything up as a result. He believes he's worth a lot of money and added significant (30%+) GC fees to his subbed work, even though he was not hands on with the subs. Half the time they would show up not knowing what they were supposed to do. He did not stick to any sort of timeline. We had to hire a new crew to fix all of the mistakes he has made. He does not take any responsibility for his work or the mistakes of subs he hired.
