    We just had our kitchen done over by JNM Construction and we couldn’t be any more happier we had brand new solid wood cabinets installed we had white quartz countertops our kitchen tile was done over and painted walls .Nick installed custom crown molding around the kitchen cabinets and our downstairs custom woodworking around the fireplace came out awesome as well .
    We had an oversize closet that we couldn’t think of 1 million things to do and Nick completely remodeled it into a pantry with pull out drawers and custom shelving .I was very impressed and completely satisfied with the price.?

    Remodel an apartment

    We just had JNM Construction do our rental property they did a fantastic job they resurfaced our hardwood floors installed brand new cabinets the apartment was a complete dilapidated mess they were very professional everything was done according to the estimate they proposed . We were able to rent the apartment within five days of completion . Nick has amazing skill set and his finish work is outstanding . He installed crown molding in our living room and a coffin ceiling it came out amazing .

    whole condo renovation

    Do NOT under any circumstances hire this company. Nick Markos could charm the sun from the sky. He says he is going to do things and does not do them. The ceiling in the living room was patched, poorly I might add, when he was supposed to put strips of wood and new wall board up bc of a plumbing issue. The kitchen counter was 1 inch from the wall. He did not put the countertop or backsplash in that I told him I wanted. Closet doors are not hung level and have one screw in the hinges. The floors downstairs were to be SANDED, stained and varnished. The floors were never sanded bc you can see where the kitchen appliances were dragged across the floor into the kitchen. The appliances were delivered 2 days AFTER the kitchen was supposed to be done … it was at least another week before the kitchen was ready for the appliances. When I talked to him about these defects, he told me "Someone will buy it and fix it up." Excuse me, we paid you $23,000 to fix it up. The realtor told my husband it was the worse renovation job he has ever seen. You have been forewarned.

    You should be absolutely ashamed yourself either you have the wrong Contractor well you should reconsider changing your review your electrician entered the apartment after we completed and was told to use drop cloths he clearly scratched the floors those appliances were delivered two weeks prior to the kitchen being completed we have a copy of the receipt and the delivery as to what day those were delivered on the information you have provided in your review is absolutely false . We had three potential buyers that were interested in your condo and unfortunately you had medical issues so it prolong the sale .
