We hired J&V Home design back in January for a kitchen renovation, Joe Ferrigno (owner) said 4 weeks to get the cabinets done. We got about half the cabinets after 4 months and still haven't received everything we ordered after almost 5 months (we paid for the cabinets in full in February 2016). The cabinets that he delivered were not what we ordered and cheap! their workers are horrible. 1) While installing a beam in the kitchen, the workers damaged the hardwood floor upstairs which we brought to their notice right away (about 3 months ago); that floor has not been fixed after multiple promises by Joe 2) Nothing was done to protect the existing kitchen/living room floors, furniture, and other appliances. It collected dust, scratches, and other damage in general through the demo, Sheetrock & speckling process. Only the painters (3rd party subcontractors) were nice enough to cover everything. 3) While demolition, Joe, and company only got one dumpster which was quickly filled. All extra debris (and there was a lot of it) was dumped in my backyard which killed a lot of my new grass (that I just got done last year). They also broke some basement window well covers which are now allowing rain water in my basement. 4) Plumber at some point caused a leak in the basement that damaged the new laminate floor 5) they used my ladder without permission (it's now all dirty and lying outside the house). 6) Joe and I agreed that we will save our existing cabinets for the basement. Joe forgot to mention this to his demolition guys and my like-new old cabinets were destroyed. 7) We agreed that we will retain our kitchen sink and faucet. That is lost to my 4yr old daughter is super allergic and she cannot eat outside food and Joe "promised" we'll be only without a kitchen for 1-2 weeks. It's going to be 3 months without a kitchen, I would understand if there was some complication in the job. But in our case, nobody shows up for days to work. Joe is often unreachable for weeks, I once had to show up unannounced at his shop. I have no end in sight.
