they were the cheapest and it showed. they left the yard littered with roofing nails and staples that took us weeks to clean. they left singles buckling next to the walls. we contacted them to fix the issue and they couldn't get out to repair before winter. its been months since the snow has melted and still haven't managed to send staff to make the repairs and assess the damage from failing to fix things promptly.

he had the lowest bid, seemed to know what he was talking about, gave a comprehensive quote - never showed up on timely basis, made excuses for not showing up, left materials lying around that I had to clean up - walked off the job without completing, promising to be back, didn't answer phone calls - as homeowner I had to do some of the vital work myself to avoid damage from the weather - he showed up 3 1/2 months later after a relative called him on my behalf, 3 hours later than agreed, installed a portion of the gutters, tore some fascia boards off, then used same excuses to walk off the job - will probably have to hire another contractor to complete the project
