Don’t bother! Waited a week for initial visit. Guy came and charged me $200 for consult and had no idea what was going on and just said I need to call and get the owner to come out. Owner came a week later and said the same thing the previous guy said. Promised me an estimate. No word for another week. Estimate was absurd because I had dug the trench already and made things as easy as possible for them. A week later received new estimate. Another two weeks went by before they finally found the time to call and make an appointment for the work. This is after several calls and emails on my end. I stressed it was vital to get the job done ASAP because there was no electric in my farmhouse which meant no electric fences for my animals , no irrigation, no light to feed anyone at night , no fan for the poor animals in the hot house. Joan of Electric couldn’t care less. I was as patient and accommodating as humanly possible. It felt like they were the clients ! When they finally called after a MONTH (after initial phone call) to make an appointment they said the earliest they could come was nearly 3 weeks later !!! I pleaded and explained my situation once again and they just politely told me they didn’t give a s$&@ and to have a nice day. A complete waste of time , trust and my poor animals are the ones who are suffering.
Look elsewhere if you don’t want to wait months for basic work by a sub-or company.
