I had a new garage built at my brother's house at 7 Spring Lane in Maynard. The builder was JC Alternative Construction. The builder is Joao Carlos DeOliveira. He he a nice man, does very good work and prices things reasonably. He is very meticulous about details and he is honest. He struggles a little with his communication in English but this was not really a problem.
