    Replace roof
    $19,000

    The roof is wonderful but it took 9 days longer than quoted and I have not been given the warranty nor the pictures that supposedly showed the dry rot. A much larger amount of plywood was removed than quoted and I was not advised prior to the removal. I was told over a month ago I would get the warranty and photos. I have emailed and called with no response

    Sebastian Joaquin is the owner operator. He is knowledgeable and forthcoming.
    He explained the differences between tile brands with his samples and brochures which he left for us. He gave us an oral bid and will email his written itemized bid.
