Our pool was started in January 2016 and is still yet to have everything completed. We have tried unsuccessfully for 2 months to them Brent Crosby to complete equipment hook up. The pool was not built according to the drawings we were provided. I am very unhappy with the company.

As a review for this company it must be Negative. The delays, issues and broken promises are not the sign of a reliable contractor. I would advise anyone entering into a legal and binding contract and have any penciled in extra purchases, to be sure all entries are legible and can be understood by a five year old child. List any decking, equipment by what is furnished by the contractor in the contract and what the extra purchase cost is to the homeowner. You may even want to have a legal advisor look over the contract. It must be made concise and plain to all parties as to who pays for what. Our pool contract was signed on June 8, 2016, it was finished on November 28, 2016, six long months later. Crosby Pools encroached on the utility easement and I had a heated discussion before Crosby Pools admitted their mistake and fixed the encroachment. The work of the subcontractors working for Crosby Pools is excellent, the craftsmanship is impeccable. The problem lies with the administrative skills of the owners and management tea. The communications, planning, scheduling, execution and invoicing are subpar. Invoices were inflated and never really settled to our satisfaction. If you spend this kind of money you expect more out of your contractors.
