Joe Coppa was very professional, and efficient. He answered all questions that were asked and was always on time. He was very trusted, especially with the animals in the house. In the past we have had very negative experiences with contractors. Joe did exactly what was promised in a very decent amount of time. We will definitely be using Joe again in the other rooms in the house
