I own a rental house in Winter Park, Florida. The kitchen outlets suddenly stopped working and our tenant called to ask for help. I spoke to Mr. Isola at Joe Isola Electric. He offered to go right over to the house after finishing with a job they were on. Unfortunately, our tenant was not immediately available to meet him. So, I have Joe her contact information and he quickly contacted her and set a convenient time to perform the work.
The repair team was prompt. Professional. Courteous and clean. They checked the house power throughout and repaired some faulty GFCIs (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupts protect you from electrocution in places where water can be present). They were very thorough and also tightened up some loose fixture wiring that a contractor had done years ago. The price was extremely reasonable and lower than expected. These days we seem to pay more and more for less and less, but NOT so with Joe Isola Electric!
Our tenant called to let us know how pleased she was to have everything in good working order and how nice and polite the crew was. We appreciate the great work Joe Isola Electric Inc. did for us.
I’m a commercial real estate developer in addition to owning some retail properties.
