    New consteuction

    New home construction in 2019 still not finished. Multiple punch list items at closing and 1 year warranty items not finished. Builder rarely responds and zero follow through. Poorly done stain job on stairs now all have to be redone (at our inconvenience). Really nice guy in person so don’t be fooled. A few friends in the area having the same issues still (late 2022). If closing with Kroll, hold extra money back until all items complete. Oh yeah, get EVERYTHING in writing. Or just find a different builder.
