Agree with previous review. I like joe personally and fronted him money for work on my house...which he still owes me. He did come back to repair defective deck that was leaking into the room below, but after 4 months of coming off and on, with no phone calls, saying he didn't have the money to finish... he stopped coming. He left us high and dry, not finishing his warranty work. Had to pay someone else to come finish what he started. Not happy.

Joe came in to finish a job that was half way done. He has been consistently late, does not return calls, and has had to do extensive clean up after sloppy painting. Today he was to come in the morning to hang doors, towel bars, grout tile and finish cleaning off paint workers got on crown molding. He is a no show, no answer the phone, no return messages. He has my money and I am left to pay yet another contractor to finish the job. I am beginning to think there is not an honest contractor in this area.

Like another review said, he's a nice guy, but he just doesn't finish the job. I had him quote on a lot of work, but wanted to get a couple of the items done first - a deck rail repair and a drain issue on my driveway. He got the deck rail almost done, I paid him with the understanding that he would pressure wash and seal the entire deck, but he didn't. He never did any of the driveway repair, and I haven't heard from him since. I refuse to chase someone to try to get them to live up to their word. Just glad I didn't have him start on any of the other work - countertops, floors, bathrooms, etc. Now to try to find someone with a decent work ethic.
