wish I had read reviews prior to giving Joe Arellano's company half the money up $5112, especially the complaint on DPOR against his business license on poor workmanship. He never lived up to his word about getting the job done despite the contract we had in place. He was never around to manage his crew when they actually showed up but only to collect the check and pressure me to secure the time in his schedule. My house has sustained a significant amount of damage from the incomplete work he did provide and the paint is pealing off and cracking.
