Joe Wallace was a very unethical general contractor that could not keep on a 6 month construction schedule. He will try and sell you a super fantastic product that he cannot deliver especially within the price range he submits. He did not keep us informed of changes to the building plan, money situation, subcontractors schedules or invoices. He would tell us one thing and then turn around and do the exact opposite. We paid a lot of money out of pocket due to him not putting any money for labor costs in our entire bank bid along with under bidding all line items. Joe Wallace ended up walking off the jobsite and refused to finish. We had a hard time finding other subcontractors to come and finish the mess that he had left behind.
We would highly not recommend contracting with this individual either as a general contractor or a subcontractor. We feel he is extremely immoral and unethical and delivers a very low quality product.

They did our ICF basement/foundation, and our general contractor says our basement walls are the straightest he's ever built on.
