I live in NY and I was looking for a great general contractor out in Los Angeles. I came across Joel & Co. Construction. After meeting Joel, I knew he was one of a kind. Needless to say, I hired him to do a complete renovation of my daughter's condo in West Hollywood. Joel kept me in the loop with everything that was happening on the project and in a timely manner. The work was beautifully executed. The craftsmanship demonstrated is impeccable. Though the original condo had multiple flaws, one of which were walls that were out of plumb, the corrections that were made were beautiful and seamless. In addition, Joel's workers were extremely skilled, as well as polite & considerate. Several residents of the building even commented on the politeness and neatness of the workers. Both my daughter and I completely happy with the finished product.

Joel and his crew did an amazing job renovating my kitchen! I am so happy with the results. Joel is so easy to work with and he always found the best solutions when a problem came up. They gutted the kitchen and did everything, installed insulation, drywall, plumbing, electrical, tiling, installed cabinets, etc. Joel is very patient and always took the time to listen to my ideas. I don't know where to start other than to say that these guys are in the business to impress. Since we discovered them online, we were initially a little nervous to give them a shot. Let's face it, how many horror contractor stories do we hear from other people that have remodeled. Now that my entire home remodel is done way earlier than I anticipated, I can easily say that the Joel & Co. Construction team knows what they're doing. We appreciate their non-sales approach. They didn't try to sell anything extra to us. They came in and renovated our home per agreement and worked with us to take care of anything extra we wanted to add. The remodel process was effortless. Words cannot express how thrilled my husband and me with our decision to hire Joel & Co. Construction for the remodeling of our house. We were nervous about the whole thing before we started - I mean, who wouldn't be, when you're about to remodel your entire house, including three full baths with three distinct design visions in mind for each?

Joel was fantastic to work with. He was easy to talk to and understood exactly what we wanted without selling us on more. We added almost 500 square ft. of master bedroom/bath. Joel was incredibly easy to communicate with! You could call or text and he ALWAYS got right back. He never made us feel as if we were bothering him or over thinking things-he always listened and heard us out. After much consideration and research, I chose Joel & Co. Construction for a small home renovation. They provided excellent customer service over the phone when I initially contacted them and my decision was made. They provided a detailed estimate and I was able to accurately measure the time and cost of the job in question.
They were able to survey and begin the work within that week and within the following week the work was finished! The work is of extremely high quality and the contractors involved were very helpful and friendly. This was my first renovation and as my first experience, this was beyond stellar. They did an absolutely fantastic job and provided outstanding service. I could tell they enjoyed the work and took pride in the finished product and it shines through every time I see the fresh look of my living space.
I would recommend Joel & Co. Construction in a heartbeat and would consider only them for any future projects I may consider.

Joel added 650 sq ft to my house, including a new master bathroom, foundation retrofit, central AC, and new flooring. Throughout the experience, I was very impressed Joel and his team ability as a construction company. First, he completed the 3-4 month project in only 7 weeks. It was typical that multiple crews were working on the house simultaneously. Second, the quality of work and detail was fantastic; I was constantly reviewing the work done on the house, and was always satisfied with the result. If I had questions or changes, Joel was always responsive. Third, the communication during the process from start to finish was constant. We texted and talked multiple times per day to make decisions and update on the status of work. I'm very pleased with the outcome; Joel & Co. Construction in the best in the business!

I am so happy to write this review about Joel & Co. Construction. I recently had water damage in my kitchen and a horrible experience with a remediation company experimenting with contracting. After realizing they could not do the work, I was so relieved to find this company. Joel came in, was sensitive to my concern and experience. He assessed the work, and gave me a fair price. The workers came when they said, were very professional, and did excellent work. I have a lot to smile about now. My kitchen remodel is more beautiful than ever. Joel & Co. Construction is my go to contractor from now on!
