I found that I had a water line leak at one of my properties. I contacted my normal maintenance person and he stated that he wouldn't be able to get to it right away and to contact Joel with Plumbing Service Professionals Inc. I called the office and set up an appointment. We ended up having inclement weather the day of the appointment and it was rescheduled for the 24th. At least I thought... Because I didn't confirm the changed appointment (they knew it was a business and could come out at any time) didn't come out for the repair (I found this out after the fact with no additional attempts to contact me). I then contacted them asking for an update. I was informed that since I didn't confirm the rescheduled appointment (how can you reschedule an appointment and give me a date and time of the appointment but then ask me to confirm?) that they didn't perform the repair and that they have several other jobs there were already scheduled and would no longer be able perform the repair. Buyer beware....
