I am just now seeing this site. Joel's work is inferior, and he will try to rob Peter to pay Paul. He will tell you he needs more money to finish your job, etc. He put a roof on our house 8 years ago. We have had leaks since last year. Roofer last night told my husband we really need to take the roof off and start over. Landscape he did took forever because he wouldn't show up, wouldn't return phone calls, and kept telling us he needed more money to buy supplies. A two week job stretched into three months. Our fence still isn't right.

Joel Smith is a ripoff!!! On a scale of 1-5 he is a 1. He is not trustworthy to do the entire job that he says he will do. Read his contract VERY CAREFULLY before signing ANYTHING! Watch out for his temper.
