Our home was built by Timo. We offered to purchase it when it was still under construction (approx 75% was already complete).
While we were able to pick some of the remaining finishes (granite & cabinetry colors, floor coverings etc) the products were only builder grade quality and the craftsmanship/installation was mediocre. Once the sale was closed, many punch list items remained. It’s been difficult at best to get Timo to address them in person, he always sends just a tradesman instead.
