Joel took a job with me and subbed it out to a completely unqualified crew. I would give him a negative star if I could which is consistent with the state ofy home. He never stepped foot on the job, blamed his subcontractors. He never picked up the lift he claimed he would and took no responsibility when his subcontractors failed to fix their work. We even paid for the loft rental. His subs only showed up on 4 days and worked less than a full day. They had no idea how to install a metal roof. The z channels were installed upside down. AVOID Joel's roofing at all costs!!
