    Just finished a full bathroom remodel with Joey Builders, and WOW. What a transformation. Adam led the project and was incredibly easy to work with. He was down-to-earth, honest, and really seemed to care that we were happy with every step. He was never pushy but gave us great ideas that elevated the design beyond what we originally envisioned.
    Even when we had a last-minute change on the vanity style, Adam handled it like it was no big deal and kept things on track. The team worked hard and respected our home, which we really appreciated. The whole experience felt very collaborative. I’m beyond happy with the result and will be recommending them to all our neighbors!!

    I am extremely disappointed with Joey Builder and feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.

    I hired this company for a project in my home, including work in the master bathroom. Not only did they fail to complete the job properly, but they also caused significant damage in the process. The bathtub was not properly supported, leading it to crack within a month. Additionally, their negligence resulted in damage to the subfloor and first-floor wood.

    To make matters worse, I was supposed to receive a refund of $26,000 on January 16, 2025, but despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the company has failed to pay. I have given them ample time and opportunities to correct their mistakes, yet each visit from their team only made the situation worse.

    Now, repairing the damage they caused will cost $38,000 or more. This experience has caused significant inconvenience for my family and me, and their lack of accountability is unacceptable. I have formally requested a resolution, including the refund and proper compensation for the damages, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response.

    If you’re considering hiring Joey Builder, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Their lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and failure to take responsibility for their mistakes have left me with no choice but to seek legal action. Save yourself the stress and choose a more reputable company.

    I’m delighted to share my positive experience with Arie, Estuardo, Decson, and the crew from Joey Builders at Tukwila, WA, who recently completed a master bathroom renovation for us.

    Their work was impeccable, and they managed to transform our outdated bathroom into an elegant oasis.

    The installation of new flooring, shower tiles, and tiles around the corner bathtub was executed flawlessly. The addition of a stylish vanity, elegant quartz countertop, mirrors, and new lighting fixtures have truly elevated the space.

    What also stood out was their respect for our home. They covered the floors and furniture diligently, minimizing any mess. Their team was courteous, always explaining their progress and addressing any concerns promptly. We felt valued and heard throughout the entire process.

    Joey Builders delivered quality craftsmanship at a reasonable price, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
