Mr. Kutchera just finished a complete remodel of our kitchen. He did a fantastic job. We have had some not so pleasant experiences with contractors in the past, so we were a little leery of Mr. Kutchera at first. But it quickly became apparent to us that he was different. First of all, he was highly communicative, polite and informative. We never felt out of the loop or like we were imposing on his time. Secondly, he was always there when he said he would be there. Third, he worked cleanly. I mean, he never left us a mess to deal with. And finally, he was extremely responsive to my wife's suggestions during the remodel and was patient with both of us when we asked questions or found small items to correct.
In short Mr. Kutchera was pleasant to work with, performed his work with efficiency and skill and was very neat. By far the best general contractor I have worked with. I can't recommend him highly enough.
