    Unlike the person review before me. He built my foundation too low. I had to add 3 inches of plywood to almost bring up the floor even with the rest of the house. There is still a 2inch step down. He is a hack. Donor, I repeat do not hire him for nothing!!

    He built an addition to my house, the first thing he did is say that the water table was to high and put the floor of the foundation 18"s higher than the rest of the house. He and his crew, installed a pocket door, which went back into the wall three inch's and you could not close easily. The track for the door was destroyed and still installed. The door was not level. The vent fans in the two bath's, the one he added and the renovation of the existing, both are vented to the attic against code. He cut holes in the wall for the floor heat control and they were to large, showing holes on either side of the switch plates, the wall heater was installed crooked. The vanity was installed without the wall being painted, and left tape behind it. The roof job that was done was done wrong and leaked, I had to get a roofer in to repair it at my cost. Trim nail holes were not filled and can be seen through out. It goes on and on with the problems. In a nut shell, I would not recommend this individual to do anything in my house ever again.
