Got an estimate from them among several others. Did not end up hiring them but they were our second choice. When we needed some landscaping work done after that, I called. They never called back. I called again and a very rude woman answered. I apologized for calling again and told her I thought maybe they did not get my message. She rudely said "we did get your message. We did not call you back because you did not hire us in the past. We do not want your business." Then, she hung up. I couldn't believe it. I've never encountered a business that acted this way. Total backwoods Pennsylvania Dutch attitude. Shocking. I never heard of a business that would keep track of people who did not hire them so that they could be petty in the future. Not a smart way to stay in business and to gain business. I know from experience that a successful business treats every interaction as if it is a potential customer.
