He is amazing. His bid was the lowest by 50%. He had a great team: workers, granite guy, stucco guy, finished in a timely manner, was pleasant, honest and punctual. I have hired many contractors and he is the best.

Has no concept of fit and finish. Hurried job and it shows. Gaps left at top of cabinets between trim and ceiling. Garbage disposal reinstalled incorrectly. DO NOT allow him to use his rotary zip cutting tool... cut up cabinets with hand cut openings which are very messy and left holes in ceiling and walls. $300 of under cabinet lighting installed very poorly. He cut up the bottom of the cabinets and put multiple holes in bottom of new cabinets and ended up breaking off a piece of the cabinet trim to hurry and install the lights rather than doing it properly. Lights are crooked and one is even on backwards. Pendant lights have gap between fixture and ceiling. Scratched oven hood. The only thing positive I can say was that he was on time. Job was rushed and very poorly done. Look elsewhere.
