Never finished the job and not responding to any calls / text messages.

I hired John Chris to renovate a large bathroom. I couldn't have been happier with John, his workers, the process and the result. John was patient, reasonable, and gave me excellent recommendations I hadn't even thought of. He kept me regularly apprised as to what work would be done the following day and when his workers would be at my house. His workers are true artisans. I've never seen such perfect tile cuts and angles. John and his guys were able to turn a bathroom clothes closet (yuck) into a gorgeous walk-in shower. I've had many renovations in the various houses I've owned over the years and this was, by far, the best experience I've had with a contractor. My only issue with John is that he doesn't have a picture of my bathroom on his website! ;-)

My experience with John Chris was exceptional. He and his crew renovated my master bathroom, which involved turning a bathroom closet into a walk-in shower (with related additional plumbing work) as well as reversing the entrance to another in-bathroom closet so that it opened in my bedroom. John Chris helped me with design ideas that no one else suggested. His crew includes highly skilled artisans in all respects. All of the work is beautiful, and the tiling is just immaculate. His crew kept my home as clean as possible, draping the area with plastic, floor to ceiling, and thoroughly sweeping and vacuuming at the end of each work day. I've had John Chris do other projects since and have referred him to friends. I can't say enough good stuff about him and his crew.

I got a few quotes from different contractors to do extensive upgrades in my house. After meeting contractor after contractor, I finally met John Chris. He was the only contractor that was not in a rush, he spent 2 hours in my house with me going over my "Husband is Lazy Bum" list that I had. You could tell that he had a passion for renovation and that he had done a lot of this type work before. And the best thing!!! is that he never pushed the envelope to sign on the dotted line; like the other contractors. He told me to take my time, and that whenever I was ready for the work, that he was just a phone call away.

I called him three months later, we proceeded with the project. First day, there where like 8 John Chris Taylor trucks in front of my house, putting plastic everywhere, protecting floors, isolating rooms. All the workers where very polite and professional. To make a long story short. The project came out beautiful with John Chris micro-managing every detail of the renovation.

Great Job! Great Contractor! Great Guy!

I have had John on 3 jobs and each one was done with good quality work at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
