John Donlan
John did several jobs for us and we have been trying to contact him. I guess he sees our name on caller ID so ignores the call. I blocked my caller ID and he answered the call, but when he found out it was me, he hung up. He enclosed our screen porch last spring and it looked great. Unfortunately the walls are leaking and like I said, he won't take our calls. We have water marks on the walls and floor and are unhappy that he won't even take our call. When he finished the porch he agreed to put in a hardwood floor in our kitchen. He gave us a list of what to buy and we have over $1,500 of material sitting in my dining room since May waiting for him to come back. The one time I got through to him and told him he should be laying our floor he told me he has too many other jobs and to find somebody else and hung up on me and told me I was rude. I would watch out for this man. His work does not hold up and he leaves you hanging with unfinished jobs. My advice is to hire another company. Also a friend of ours owns an auto body shop and offered to trade some body work John wanted done for some repair work. Our friend did the body work for Donlan and then he told him he was too busy to do the repairs for him. Appears to be an all round fink about business. Stay away from this business!
