Absolutely a disgrace. Had him do a backsplash which fell apart and he started a new venture in concrete polishing in which he gave us a quote and then royally screwed us. Meh made us a wait six months only for us to find out he was incompetent in his ability to follow through with a job. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.
