This company came to my house, to clean the HVAC unit, then accidentally caused a short my A/C unit while working on the plumbing, then did not want any part in fixing it and tried to blame me. When I asked him to fix it, he said im sorry I can't fix it, im NOT HVAC qualified. SO WHY DID YOU TOUCH IT TO START WITH? I have proof from the other company that he was the cause of the short.
When I called to let this company know it was not working, they refused to help, and started to blame me. This unit worked until John touched it and caused a short. When I brought it to his attention, he just continued to blame me, and will not even return my calls.
I respect businesses who are accountable for their own actions, but this guy broke something and did not take responsibility.
